بھارت میں مقامی سطح پر کھیلی جانے والی ڈومیسٹک ٹی 20 کرکٹ چیمپئن شپ کیلیے سلیکٹ نہ کرنے پر انڈر 19 کے کھلاڑیوں نے ہیڈ کوچ پر تشدد کرکے اس کا سر پھاڑ دیا۔
بھارتی میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق کرکٹ ایسوسی ایشن آف پانڈیچیری کے انڈر 19 ٹیم کے ہیڈ کوچ ایس وینکٹارمن پر ٹیم میں منتخب نہ کرنے پر تین مقامی کرکٹرز نے ان پر اپنا غصہ اتارتے ہوئے مبینہ طور پر انہیں جان سے مارنے کی نیت سے حملہ کیا۔
ڈومیسٹک ٹی 20 کرکٹ چیمپئن شپ، سید مشتاق علی ٹرافی میں ہیڈ کوچ کی جانب سے نظر انداز کیے جانے پر کرکٹرز نے انڈر 19 کے ہیڈ کوچ پر مبینہ طور پر تشدد کیا۔ ہیڈ کوچ ایس وینکٹا رامن نے میڈیا کو بتایا کہ ان پر ٹیم سلیکشن کے معاملے پر بدترین حملہ کیا گیا oy۔
تین مقامی کھلاڑیوں نے ان پر اس لیے تشدد کیا کیونکہ ان کھلاڑیوں کے نام سید مشتاق علی ٹرافی ٹورنامنٹ کی ٹیم میں شامل نہیں کیے گئے تھے۔
تینوں نوجوان کرکٹرز کی جانب سے کیے جانے والے مبینہ تشدد کے نتیجے میں ہیڈ کوچ کو سر میں شدید چوٹیں آئیں سر پھٹنے کے ساتھ ان کا کندھا بھی ٹوٹ گیا۔ ڈاکٹروں نے ان کے سر پر 20 ٹانکے لگائے۔ تاہم ڈاکٹروں کے مطابق ان کی حالت اب کافی مستحکم ہے۔
رپورٹ سامنے آنے کے بعد بی سی سی آئی نے سخت موقف اختیار کیا اور واقعے کی مکمل تحقیقات کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
پولیس نے جن تین کھلاڑیوں کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کی ہے ان ملزمان میں کارتیکین جے سُندرم (ڈومیسٹک کرکٹر) اے۔ اروند راج اور ایس۔ سنتوش کمارن شامل ہیں۔ واقعے کے بعد سے تینوں کھلاڑی تاحال فرار ہیں اور پولیس ان کی تلاش میں چھاپے مار رہی ہے۔
تشدد کا نشانہ بننے والے کوچ وینکٹا رامن نے اپنی شکایت میں الزام لگایا ہے کہ جی۔ چندرن(سیکریٹری، بھارتی داسن پانڈچیری کرکٹرز فورم) نے کھلاڑیوں کو کوچ پر حملے کے لیے اکسایا ہے۔
کوچ کے بیان کے مطابق 8دسمبر کی صبح 11 بجے وہ اپنے کیمپ میں موجود تھے کہ اسی دوران یہ تینوں کھلاڑی وہاں آئے اور انہیں مغلظات بکنا شروع کر دیں وہ سلیکشن نہ ہونے پر سخت ناراض تھے۔ اروند راج نے کوچ کو پکڑ لیا جبکہ کارتیکین نے بیٹ اٹھا کر ان پر وار کرنا شروع کر دیے۔ حملے کے دوران وہ کہہ رہے تھے کہ چندرن نے کہا ہے کہ ہمیں تب ہی موقع ملے گا جب تم مر جاؤ گے۔
دوسری جانب فورم کے صدر سینتھل کمارن نے سیکرٹری جی چندرن پر لگائے گئے الزامات کی سختی سے تردید کی ہے۔
کمارن نے کہا کہ وینکٹارمن اپنے خلاف کئی مقدمات بھگت رہا ہےکیونکہ وہ اکثر مقامی کرکٹرز کے ساتھ بدتمیزی اور فحش زبان استعمال کرنے کے لیے جانا جاتا ہے، چندرن کے خلاف ان کی ناراضگی کے بھی کافی معاملات ہیں۔
