پیرس : ایئربس کو اے320 طیاروں میں ایک بار پھر نئی خرابی کا سامنا ہے، سافٹ ویئر ری کال کے بعد جہازوں میں نیا مسئلہ سامنے آگیا۔
ایئربس انتظامیہ نے اس مسئلے کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے بتایا ہے کہ مذکورہ مسئلہ طیارے کے فیوز لاج کے دھاتی پینلز سے متعلق ہے، ایئربس نے نومبر میں 72 طیارے ڈیلیور کیے تھے، ادارے کو سالانہ ہدف پورا کرنے کے لیے دسمبر میں ریکارڈ رفتار درکار ہوگی۔
غیرملکی میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق دنیا بھر میں ایئر بس طیاروں کو نئے مسائل کا سامنا ہے، ایئربس اے 320 طیاروں میں گزشتہ روز پیش آنے والے سافٹ ویئر ری کال کے مسئلے نے ہزاروں طیاروں کو گراؤنڈ کرنے پر مجبور کردیا تھا۔
اب ایئربس (ایئرپی اے ) نے گذشتہ روز تصدیق کی ہے کہ اسے اے320 فیملی طیاروں میں دھاتی پینلز سے متعلق صنعتی معیار کا مسئلہ بھی درپیش ہے۔
یہ مسئلہ سافٹ ویئر ری کال کی خامی کے بعد سامنے آنے والی نئی مشکل ہے، جس کے باعث حال ہی میں ایک بڑے پیمانے پر ری کال کیا گیا تھا۔
دوسری جانب اب تک ایسا کوئی ثبوت نہیں مل سکا ہے کہ یہ خراب پینلز مسافروں کے زیرِ استعمال کسی طیارے تک پہنچے ہوں، مگر اس معاملے کے بعد دنیا کے سب سے بڑے ہوائی جہاز ساز ادارے کے شیئرز میں 11 فیصد تک کمی دیکھی گئی۔
بعد ازاں مارکیٹ بند ہونے تک یہ کمی 5.9 فیصد پر ریکارڈ ہوئی۔ سافٹ ویئر اپ ڈیٹ کے لیے ہزاروں اے320 طیاروں کے گراؤنڈ ہونے کی خبر بھی اس نئی خرابی کے آگے دب گئی۔
رائٹرز نے اس سے قبل خصوصی طور پر خبر دی تھی کہ ایئربس کو اے320 فیملی کے درجنوں طیاروں کے فیوز لاج پینلز میں کوالٹی کے مسائل ملے ہیں، جس کی وجہ سے کچھ طیاروں کی ڈیلیوری تاخیر کا شکار ہے۔
اس حوالے سے ایئربس انتظامیہ نے اپنے بیان میں کہا ہے کہ “ایئربس تصدیق کرتا ہے کہ اس نے محدود تعداد میں اے320 دھاتی پینلز کو متاثر کرنے والا کوالٹی مسئلہ شناخت کیا ہے۔
مسئلے کے حل کا تعین کرکے اس پر قابو پا لیا گیا ہے انہوں نے بتایا کہ نئے تیار کردہ تمام پینلز مکمل معیارات پر پورا اترتے ہیں۔
ترجمان نے مزید بتایا کہ یہ مسئلہ ایک سپلائر کی وجہ سے پیدا ہوا تھا جسے حل کرلیا گیا ہے، تاہم کمپنی نے اس سپلائر کا نام ظاہر کرنے سے انکار کردیا۔
