
لاہورہائیکورٹ نے 1990ء سے 2001ء تک کا توشہ خانہ ریکارڈ پبلک کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔ لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس عاصم حفیظ ریمارکس دیے کہ کوئی چیز چھپائی نہیں جاسکتی، بغیرادائیگی قیمت،کوئی تحفہ نہیں رکھ سکتا، سارا ریکارڈ پبلک کیا جائے۔
دوران سماعت وفاقی حکومت کے وکیل نے اس فیصلے کے خلاف اپیل فائل کرنے کا کہا تو جسٹس عاصم حفیظ نے کہا کہ یہ آپ کا حق ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ 12 مارچ کو وفاقی حکومت نے لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے حکم پر توشہ خانہ کا تقریباً 21 سال کا ریکارڈ پبلک کردیا ہے۔ کابینہ ڈویژن کی ویب سائٹ پر توشہ خانہ کا 2002 سے 2023ء تک کا ریکارڈ اپ لوڈ کردیا گیا ہے۔
کابینہ ڈویژن کی ویب سائٹ پر اپلوڈ کیے گئے ریکارڈ کے مطابق تو شہ خانہ سے تحائف وصول کرنے والوں میں سابق صدور، سابق وزراء اعظم، وفاقی وزراء اور سرکاری افسران کے نام شامل ہیں۔
دستاویزات کے مطابق سابق صدر مملکت پرویز مشرف، سابق وزرائے اعظم شوکت عزیز، یوسف رضا گیلانی، نوازشریف، راجہ پرویز اشرف اور عمران خان سمیت دیگر کے نام شامل ہیں جبکہ موجودہ وزیر اعظم شہباز شریف اور صدرعارف علوی کا توشہ خانہ ریکارڈ بھی اپلوڈ کیا گیا ہے۔
