امریکا میں ایک ویران، پراسرار اور بدروحوں سے آباد خوفناک گھر جو “بھوت بنگلہ” کے نام سے مشہور تھا آخر کار کئی سال بعد نیلامی کیلیے پیش کردیا گیا۔
امریکی ریاست رہوڈ آئی لینڈ میں واقع وہ خوفناک گھر جس میں مشہور ہالی وڈ ہارر فلم دی کونجرنگ کی شوٹنگ کی گئی، ایک بار پھر خبروں کی زینت بن گیا ہے۔
یہ 18ویں صدی کا فارم ہاؤس تھا جو بدروحوں اور غیرمرئی سرگرمیوں کے باعث عالمی شہرت حاصل کرچکا ہے، اب ایک ’مورگیج فور کلوژر سیل‘ کے تحت نیلام ہوگا، یعنی قرض کی عدم ادائیگی پر بینک نے یہ جائیداد ضبط کرلی ہے۔
امریکی میڈیا کی رپورٹ کے مطابق دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ بدروحوں سے آباد یہ پراسرار مکان 31 اکتوبر یعنی ہیلووین کے دن نیلامی کے لیے پیش کیا جا رہا ہے۔
اس پراپرٹی کو آخری بار 2022 میں جیکولین نیونیز نامی خاتون نے 15 لاکھ 25 ہزار امریکی ڈالر میں خریدا تھا۔
نیونیز جو خود کو روحوں سے رابطہ کرنے والی میڈم کہتی ہیں نے اس مکان کو ایک گھوسٹ ٹورازم بزنس میں تبدیل کر دیا، جہاں لوگ رات بھر قیام کرکے بدروحوں سے ملاقات کا تجربہ کر سکتے تھے۔
بعد ازاں 2023 کے وسط میں ان کے اس کاروبار کے گرد تنازعات نے جنم لیا۔ مقامی میڈیا کے مطابق نیونیز نے اپنے پراپرٹی منیجر کو برطرف کرتے ہوئے دعویٰ کیا کہ اسے گھر کے “سابق مالک جان آرنلڈ کی روح” نے بتایا تھا کہ منیجر چوری کر رہا ہے۔
اس الزام کے بعد ملازمین اور نیونیز کے درمیان قانونی جنگ کا آغاز ہوگیا اور کچھ ماہ بعد ہی محکمہ بلدیات نے ان کا انٹرٹینمنٹ لائسنس بھی منسوخ کر دیا۔
اس دوران نیونیز کی مقامی پولیس اور “پیرا نارمل” برادری سے بھی تلخیاں پیدا ہوئیں، معروف “گھوسٹ ہنٹرز” ٹی وی شو کے اسٹار جیسن ہاؤز نے پولیس کو شکایت کی کہ نیونیز نے ان کو اور ان کے خاندان کو ہراساں کیا۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق ان تمام تنازعات کے بعد یہ بدنام زمانہ فارم ہاؤس ایک بار پھر مارکیٹ میں نیلامی کیلیے پیش کیا گیا ہے۔
یہ تاریخی فارم ہاؤس اپنے پراسرار ماضی اور غیرمعمولی سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے آج بھی مشہور اور بدروحوں کے شوقین افراد اور روحانی محققین کے لیے ایک پرکشش مقام ہے۔
اس گھر میں وقت گزارنے والے لوگوں کے مطابق یہاں سے “سائے گزرتے ہیں”، “ہوا اچانک ٹھنڈی ہوجاتی ہے” اور “دیواروں سے سرگوشیوں کی آوازیں سنائی دیتی ہیں”۔
