خوفناک درندہ گھر میں داخل ہوکر 5 سالہ بچی کو پکڑ کر گھسیٹتا ہوا لے گیا، واقعے کے بعد علاقے میں شدید خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا۔
بھارتی ریاست یوپی کے علاقے پراگ پوروا گاؤں میں گزشتہ رات ایک دل دہلا دینے والا واقعہ پیش آیا، جب ایک جنگلی جانور نے پانچ سالہ بچی پر حملہ کرکے اسے ہلاک کردیا، واقعے کے بعد پورا گاؤں شدید خوف و ہراس کی لپیٹ میں ہے۔
اس حوالے سے گاؤں والوں کا کہنا ہے کہ بچی اپنے گھر کے صحن میں کھانا کھا رہی تھی جبکہ اہل خانہ دیگر اپنے کاموں میں مصروف تھے۔
اسی دوران ایک خوفناک درندہ اچانک حملہ آور ہوا، بچی کو گھسیٹ کر لے گیا اور گھر والوں کو اس کی خبر نہ ہوسکی، بعد ازاں بچی کو گھر میں نہ پاکر کہرام مچ گیا۔ یہ واقعہ رات تقریباً آٹھ بجے پیش آیا۔
اہل خانہ، گاؤں والوں، پولیس اور محکمہ جنگلات کے اہلکاروں نے رات بھر بچی کی تلاش کیا، لیکن کوئی سراغ نہ ملا۔ اگلی صبح بچی کی مسخ شدہ لاش گھر سے تقریباً 500 میٹر دور ایک کھیت میں ملی۔ پولیس نے لاش کو پوسٹ مارٹم کے لیے اسپتال بھیج دیا۔
فارسٹ آفیسر نے میڈیا کو بتایا کہ حملہ آور جانور کی شناخت کے لیے تحقیقات جاری ہیں، ہماری ٹیم پیروں کے نشانات کی مدد سے یہ معلوم کرنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے کہ آیا یہ حملہ بھیڑیے نے کیا یا کسی اور جنگلی جانور نے۔
علاقہ مکینوں کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ پہلا واقعہ نہیں ہے گزشتہ سال بھی اسی علاقے میں خوفناک بھیڑیوں کے حملوں میں ایک خاتون سمیت دس بچے جان کی بازی ہار چکے ہیں، جس کے بعد محکمہ جنگلات نے چھ بھیڑیوں کو قابو کیا تھا۔
