کراچی : ہاتھ میں زنجیر ڈال کر باندھے گئے بچے کو ٹیم سرعام نے بازیاب کروا لیا، بچے کو زنجیر کے ساتھ باندھ کر کئی گھبٹے تک رکھا جاتا تھا۔
اے آر وائی نیوز کے پروگرام سرعام کی ٹیم نے خفیہ اطلاع ملنے پر چائلڈ پروٹیکشن عملے کے ہمراہ ایک گھر پر چھاپہ مارا تو ناقابل فراموش اور دردناک منظر دیکھنے میں آیا۔
بچے پر بہیمانہ تشدد کرنے والے کوئی اور نہیں اس کے سگے والدین تھے جو ذرا ذرا سی بات پر بچے پر نہ صرف تشدد کرتے بلکہ کئی گھنٹوں تک اس کو زنیر کے ساتھ باندھ کر رکھتے۔
ٹیم سرعام نے عطاء الرحمان نامی اس بچے سے گفتگو کی تو انکشاف ہوا کہ بچہ نہ صرف سمجھدار بلکہ ذہین بھی تھا، گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بچے نے اپنے معصومانہ انداز میں ساری باتیں بتائیں۔
صرف یہی نہیں اس بچے کو پیشاب پاخانے کی حاجت بھی یہی پوری کرنا پڑتی تھی والدین اسے واش روم بھی نہیں بھیجتے اور وہ اسی گندی حالت میں بیٹھا رہتا تھا۔
اس سارے معاملے کی حقیقت سامنے آنے کے بعد معلوم ہوا کہ مسئلہ تشدد کا نہیں غربت کا ہے اور والدین کے مطابق گھر میں پینے کا پانی بھی خرید کر لانا پڑتا ہے اس کو دھلائیں کیسے؟
والدین کا کہنا تھا کہ ان کا بچے کی ذہنی حالت کسی وجہ سے خراب ہوگئی تھی تو پیسہ نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے ہم اس کا علاج بھی نہیں کروا سکے۔
بعد ازاں چائلڈ پروٹیکشن کی ٹیم نے والدین کیخلاف کوئی قانونی کارروائی کی فیصلہ نہ کرتے ہوئے بچے کے مکمل علاج کا بیڑہ اٹھایا اور اس کے والدین کی ہر ممکن مدد کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
