کراچی (15 دسمبر 2025): الیکشن کمیشن نے شکارپور کے حلقہ پی ایس 9 میں ضمنی انتخاب کے نتیجے کا باضابطہ اعلان کرکے فارم 47 جاری کردیا۔
الیکشن کمیشن کے مطابق ریٹرننگ افسر نے فارم 47 جاری کردیا ہے جس کے تحت پی ایس 9 شکارپور سے پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے آغا شہباز خان درانی 72ہزار 964 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب قرار پائے ہیں۔
جمیعت علمائے اسلام (جے یو آئی) کے مولانا رشداللہ شاہ 9ہزار 489 ووٹ لے کر دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔ پی ایس 9 شکارپور ضمنی انتخاب میں ڈالے گئے، ووٹوں کی شرح فیصد 31.68 فیصد رہی۔
مجموعی طور پر 178پولنگ اسٹیشنز میں 88 ہزار 17 ووٹ کاسٹ ہوئے۔ واضح رہے کہ یہ نشست سابق اسپیکر سندھ اسمبلی آغا سراج درانی کے انتقال کے باعث خالی ہوئی تھی۔
حلقے کے 178 پولنگ اسٹیشنز میں سے 84 حساس اور 54 انتہائی حساس قرار دیے گئے تھے۔ حلقے میں ووٹرز کی تعداد 2 لاکھ 77 ہزار 792 ہے جن میں سے 1 لاکھ 48 ہزار 128 مرد اور 1 لاکھ 29 ہزار 245 خواتین شامل ہیں۔

پولنگ اسٹیشنز پر امن و امان برقرار رکھنے کیلیے سکیورٹی کے سخت انتظامات کیے گئے تھے۔ 3 ہزار سے زائد پولیس افسران و جوان ڈیوٹی پر تعینات رہے جبکہ رینجرز اور کوئیک رسپانس فورس کو الرٹ رکھا گیا۔
